recommend me a motherboard for my intel E8400

i recently bought a intel core 2 duo E8400 3.0GHZ but have trouble finding a good board that can handle a 1333FSB and be stable for overclocking up to 4.50GHZplease help.Oh before i forget i'm all the the way from South Africa

Asus P5Q-E, good for high FSBs and generally good reports about in on the net.

I wouldn't bet on getting to 4.5GHz.
