Seconded. The scene with the .50 sniper rifle is like.. the best thing ever. I've probably watched it >15 times.

Seriously? I have never wanted to turn off a movie more in my life. Maybe I need to give it another try.

Never seen it but from the number of recommendations in this thread I think I need to check it out.


OP, I like Boondock Saints, Walking Tall, any Bourne movie, and Blade (preferrably 1 but 3 is ok too) for my action fix.

I don't care if you've seen it or not. Rambo 4 is the new pinnacle of mindless war carnage. That movie has people getting liquified by claymores. Getting ripped to pieces by 50 cal sniper rifles. Arrows through the head. Disembowlings by makeshift machetes. And of course the last 20 minutes is Stalone gibbing people to bits for 20 minutes straight with a jeep mounted 50 cal.

And he speaks like 18 words the whole movie.

It just doesn't get more mindless, plotless, action than that!
