Recommend me a light and small "Pocket PC" *Toshiba e740 maybe?*

The iPAQ h1910 is slim compared to the older iPAQ's :)

There's that HP 1910 and the Viewsonic. The Toshiba ones seem pretty small as well. I'm not a PocketPC user though...

I've seen one or two with bluetooth, but they're not worth the cash IMHO. I'd probably stick wtih a $300 or less model and say to heck with the size. I was looking at the Dells because they're priced right....I just like my laptop and its ability to play DVDs and burn cds...I doubt I'll switch for a year or so. ;)

I got a Dell Axim, but I personally find it too big to lug around all the time.

I thought the IPaq's were pretty small myself. But I've not tried any of the new Gens.

SD slot is not SDIO...no WiFi. :( I saw this mofo in a store and got all excited. I went home, read the review and shed a single tear. Okay, so I didn't actually cry, but it's really too bad that it's not an SDIO slot.

There is a ROM update in process that will add SDIO functionality. Besides, there won't be any Wi-Fi SDIO cards out until close to fall anyway.

The 1910 is slim compared to everything out there. I have one, and it's just awesome.

Oh, cool. My bad - didn't do enough homework - I just assumed there were WiFi SDIO cards.

The Viewsonic one looks really nice. I saw it on display next to a bunch of iPaqs and the screen was just beautiful. Very sharp and colourful.

I bought a Viewsonic V35 before I got the 1910. Promptly sold it.

The screen was milky/washed out compared to the deep, rich colors of the 1910.
While it was slim and lightweight, it's rectangular shape was not very comfortable to hold for a long period of time.
It felt cheap.
The jog wheel was uncomfortable to use.
The telescoping stylus kept collapsing.
There is absolutely NO aftermarket support for the V35. The iPAQ 1910 already has third party cases, aluminum cases, stylii, etc.

I should have mentioned that I saw the Viewsonic next to older iPAQ's not the 1910. Is the 1910 available in Canada yet?

I hope to get a Pocket PC sometime this year. Guess I'll be avoiding the V35. Thanks for the heads up.
