Recommend me a i5 CPU for my budget Mainboard

Looking at Task Manager or Resource Monitor will help determine if you are CPU limited or GPU limited. If the CPU is near 100%, then you are CPU limited. It also could be software or internet issues.

Since Marvel Heroes is free to play on Steam, I could try it out for myself and disable two cores and Hyperthreading. I have a 7850 GPU

the problem is at the beginning of the game anything can run it.

major problem starts at level 30 and up in Midtown Manhattan. where there are tons and tons of enemies coming nonstop on screen its insane.

But yes in task manager my CPU does climb to 90 percent and sometimes more.

however most of the time its at 80 percent. On the lowest setting I can dip to 12 FPS with my current setup.

I think its my video card without a doubt.
