Recommend me a heatsink

I've been searching on a few forums for a topic that could recommend a good heatsink fan to me, but I have yet to find anything of value. I'd appreciate if someone could point me in the direction of a quality heatsink fan for less than $50 dollars. I have an AMD XP3200+ on a Soyo SY-KT600 Dragon Plus Mobo.
I'm currently idling at 50 Degrees Celsius and thats way too much for me. I want to be able to drop down to about 36-39 idling. If i need to spend more than 50 dollars, just show me what fan I should get. Thank You for your help in advance.

I have the Zalman 7000Alcu quiet easy install and keeps my temps down. I've also heard good things about the Thermalright SP97 for AMD cpus but you have to remove your motherboard to mount this heatsink. Both heatsinks are under $50.

Thanks for the help guys, I decided to go with the Zalman. I bought it off New Egg and also got some Arctic Silver 5 since it seems to be highly recommended here on the board.

I have the Zalman as well.....great cooler. I would have suggested the all copper version, IMHO it looks a little better and cools a little better (and I stress a little). But with either one, you will be satisfied I'm sure.
