I'm doing some urgent work for my brother-in-law's company:
I have a bunch of mpeg-2 video streams (720x576) that I have stripped of any audio.
I have a bunch of .wav (PCM I think) audio streams.
I need to multiplex the video files with the audio streams - and I need to be able to synchronize the audio with the video, so that the speech aligns with the people speaking on the video.
Which program can do this? Preferably a simple/freeware one, but if need be, we can buy a more complex program to do the job.
When all this is done.. I'm going to burn the mpeg-2 files onto some DVDs, which will be shipped out to the US - will they be able to play my PAL DVDs, or do I have to convert all the video files into 29.76 fps NTSC-compliant video streams?
