Recommend me a good video card

I have my main machine connected to my LCD TV for media stuff so the mid-range machine has kinda turned into my PC gaming machine. The specs are still pretty decent: Intel P4 2.8GHz w/ HT, 1 GB of RAM. I currently have a 9600 Pro in it, but it's been chugging when I'm in the captial cities in WoW. I'm running at 1280x768 resolution on my Dell 2005FPW with most of the settings turned down. Is there a sub $150 card that you guys can recommend that will help me turn up the settings a bit and maintain a decent frame rate?

take a look at it.... I use it daily, no overclocks. Just on that zalman 700 copper cooler.

Holy crap that looks so much like my main rig. Same case, CPU cooler and VGA cooler. LOL.

7600GT is a couple fps (2-3) faster than my x800xl
