Recommend me a good tent

Eureka timberline can be had for around $100 and is the defacto preferred tent by the people who camp year round- the Boy Scouts. Very very high quality.

I personally waited for a sale on Amazon and got a great 9'x10' dome tent for $40 shipped.

Get over yourself. Is a corvette gay too because it's a two-seater?

It's a technical term. You almost never sleep more than two people in a tent anyway- it's just a matter of how much extra space you have for gear inside.

2 men pitching a tent together in the woods... :Q

What season and part of the country? If it's just for warm weather use and non mountain areas then any regular tent from walmart will do.

you so perfectly represent the night crew.

anyway, i have a eureka timberline 2 that i love. it's compact enough to hike with and comfortable enough. i'd suggest getting the gear sling that goes in it and the vestibule if you expect to camp in bad weather, it's nice to have a dry extention to put your boots on in.

In my experience, 2 man tent = 1 man tent. If you want a tent for 2 people, get a 3 man.
Cheap 3 man tents can be had a KMart or WalMart for $35 or so.
