recommend me a good (overclocking) p4 mobo for under $50

So I'm looking to put together a test system and I need a socket 478 P4 motherboard that overclocks well, meaning probably either 865PE or 875 chipsets. Anyone know of a good board that has decent overclocking options (and runs stable overclocked) such as Abit's SoftMenu? I'm trying to see if I can get a new/used/rebured/RMA'd one for around $50.

And yes, I'm still looking for one in the fs/ft forum. Any recommendations?
