Recommend me a good multivitamin

New year comes with a new routine, new eatting habbits, and a generally new me. I dont really have the time, nor the skill to prepare well balanced meals for myself. I dont eat fast food, however the things I cook at dont dont really cover the four food groups.

Can anyone recommend me a good multivitamin that can fill in the gaps, along with other vitamins that a 23 year old white male should be taking?

You can eat healthy and balanced without a lot of cooking or preparation. Plan out a routine ahead of time and stick with it. (With some variety in the meals, to keep you happy)

The only thing that takes time for me to prepare is my 6 egg white omelette 😉 (and even that is only but 10 mins to prepare)

I take Centrum, but a multivitamin is no substitute for a healthy and balanced diet.

That's very true. When looking at a multi though, compare brands. I've found that Centrum/One-A-Day both have WAY more in them than generics do, and generally a higher dosage of some key minerals than the generics. You might want to ask your doctor what he/she thinks you should be taking, based on your age, workout routine, eating habits, pre-existing conditions, ect.

Personally, I have a very physically demanding job, so I only take a calcium w/D pill everyday, to make sure my bones stay strong and whatnot (I also work at night, sleep all day, the D helps make up for lack of sunlight exposure). Otherwise I'd be taking One-A-Day Men's, which has both Calcium and D (not as much as the standalone pill though).
