recommend me a good GPU usage utility

okay, so my HD2900 pro has no GPU usage monitor in the ATI overdrive window, and my HD4670 has no temperature monitor. im doing some system analysis right now and i want to be able to monitor both on both of my systems, but i dont have much time when i do sit down to actually find a utility. anyone have a good one they would recommend?
 
I love RivaTuner for monitoring usage/temps, since you can adjust the graph size and update interval (unlike GPU-Z which just shows those little red bars).
 
yea im going to take a look at rivatuner again. i have had trouble using it in the past but those bars are pretty impossible to gauge usage from lol
