Recommend Me a Game for PS2

Well, close to any... I have GT3, Final Fantasy X, ESPN NBA 2004, SSX, Madden 2003, and I've played Kingdom Hearts.

Other than that I have a PS2 but no games, so recommend me a MUST PLAY, OLD OR NEW!
MSG? Onimusha? FFX-2? Maximo?

MSG? The salty stuff in Chinese food? 😉

Onimusha is a bit like resident evil, but with Samurais and Demons instead of Cops and Zombies.
FFX-2, my brother has it, played like, 5 hours, and quit, probally a boring game.

I hear Devil May Cry is a great game, and its pretty cheap, so you can try and pick that up.

Haha... I meant MGS (I must be hungry 😉). DMC! That's right.. I remember wanting to pick it up when it first came out. Nice..... I wonder if it's a greatest hits game

Yep, DMC is a greatest hits game, its $20 new, or $17.99 used from EB. Like I said, its pretty cheap 😀.

You might be able to pick it up on FS/T for even cheaper. Just depends how long you want to wait 😉.

I just picked up MGS and ZoE for $15 total at the local gamespot 😀 I'm liking ZoE so far, but I can see how it can get repetitive. Haven't started MGS yet though.

I would have to agree. I got my PS2 as a gift for Christmas a few years ago from my parents. I didn't ask for any games but my dad bought me "the cheapest game he could find" (Ace Combat 04) so I'd have something to play. I wasn't expecting much since it was a bargain bin, and I wasn't too sure what the criteria was for a "Greatest Hit." Well, that game turned out to be one of the most fun games I've ever played. And I'm not too big on airplane games, so I was surprised by how much I enjoyed it.

how's ratchet and clank and jak and daxter? I saw them at gamespot for like $10-$20 each used, I was gonna pick them up but I figured ZoE and MGS would keep me busy for a few weeks if not months.

If you like platformers, they're really good. I'm more of an RPG person. Just finished Xenosaga and Champions of Norrath. I was looking for something new to play yesterday. I still have games in their shrinkwrap. I played a little Tiger Woods 2004 which is pretty cool.

If you like stealth games, Splinter Cell and Metal Gear Solid 2 are good. If you like Basketball, NBA Street 2 is cool.

I'm waiting until my friend gets tired of his gc, he has all the games I want to play (sunshine, zelda, metroid, fzero, etc...) Since those games you just play once through and never play again I see no reason to buy one 😉

Disgaea
Dynasty Warriors 4
Final Fantasy X-2
GTA 3/Vice City
Jak and Daxter
MGS 2: Substance
Onimusha
Ratchet and Clank
Shinobi
Tekken 4
Virtua Fighter 4 Evo
Xenosaga
