Recommend me a free proxy

I don't need a proxy for anonymity and not doing anything that would require it (tor is the best solution for that for me), however I need a proxy for changing my country IP to a UK IP while giving me a good free browsing experience, the proxies I have been trying from google searches have been pretty crappy and don't display the pages I need to look at properly and most of the time fail at it.

So remember anonymity is not a concern nor a priority here just getting a UK IP.

I've actually found a few good UK proxies in months past ( this past summer) that offered at least 64kb/s. If I come across them I'll let you know. ther are a lot of DBs out there and it just takes patience to find a good proxy🙂
