Recommend Me a Dual Wireless Projector Setup

I'm putting this in General because the hardware is likely to be a little bit everywhere.

I need a 1080p double projector + monitor setup. The computer tower's placement in the room where this will be, requires ~20feet of video cabling, and as such I'm thinking I will want to go wireless for the two projectors at minimum. I think I can manage the monitor on a physical cable to the tower.

I've researched this before in the past, and I came across this:
IOGEAR Long Range Wireless 5x2 HDMI Matrix PRO with 1 Additional Receiver, GWHDMS52MBK2
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00NB2ZXK6/ref=ask_ql_qh_dp_hza

Projectors aren't particularly hard to find, computer towers aren't particularly hard to find, and wireless gizmos aren't particularly hard to find, so the primary reason I ask here is because I'm hoping to bring in experience: Sort of a "What works well and what doesn't?"

I'm hoping the wireless gizmos will be able to sync back up to it's respective projector with out a lot of intervention. I really do not want to have to deal with re-syncing.

There's not too much radio interference or that sort in the area. There is wi-fi 2.4GHz in the building and more 2.4GHz wi-fi in the immediate area.

Nothing particularly demanding will be done on the computer. Something in the Quad Core, 8GBs RAM, 256GB SSD neighborhood is more or less what I'll be eye balling.

Seems a lot of machines I've purchased in the last year or so are coming with x1 VGA and x2 DisplayPort. The monitor can be 1920x1080 (doesn't need to be fancy), so VGA should work to that end.

The projectors will probably be mounted to the ceiling something like 5 to 6 feet apart in the same room. I don't necessarily need hand picked suggestions of every component.

Something like this should be ok:

Grab a couple displayport 1080p projectors, this wireless kit, and a computer tower with two displayport plus whatever output you need for the monitor.

Or

Grab a couple hdmi 1080p projectors, this wireless kit, and a computer tower with two hdmi plus whatever output you need for the monitor.

Thinking out of the box is welcomed, too.

If you want to hand pick components and provide reasoning or thoughts why you'd choose it, I'd be open to that, too.

Since two DisplayPort outs with a VGA out is so easy to find on computers as compared to double HDMI outs and a VGA out, and since the projectors I'm eye balling do not have DisplayPort, but do have HDMI, I'm going to go this route:

x2 of this
https://www.amazon.com/Tripp-Lite-DisplayPort-Pigtail-Style-B150-1A1-HDMI/dp/B013L1HIJU

It's not wireless, but I can route the cat5 to be neat and tidy and behind the scenes having access to 150 feet this way.

Figured if I post my solution, maybe it'll help the next person save time.

I'd still be interested in any wireless setups. For anyone who googles, bings, or otherwise finds this thread down the road.
