Recommend me a decent but inexpensive home phone

About $30 or less.
Needs to be cordless of course with a digital display. A nice speakerphone would be nice as well, but not really needed if it really jacks up the price. Caller ID display would be good too.

900MHz phones can actually be very good. Doubt you'd find any new, though.
