Recommend me a CPU cooler

I am not overclocking or anything. I have a Phenom 2 x3 720 (AM3 socket in an AM3 Gigabyte motherboard) unlocked to 4 cores in a Lian Li k60b case. Right now I just have the stock heatsink and fan, which is fine, but the fan has a tendency to squeak a bit and it's annoying. I don't want or need something expensive (over $50?), just something that is quiet and will get the job done. Preferably not overly monstrous in size unless it's justified, life if it was passive only with no fan or something. Everything else in my case is relatively quiet, as my GPU is a 5770 with the egg cooler, and there are only 2 other fans in the case, a 120mm and a 140mm.

I've never gotten an aftermarket heatsink/fan before so I'm really not even sure where to start, so TIA for any suggestions or recommendations.

Arctic Cooling freezer pro 64

It will even allow some mild overclocking. Should be fairly quiet up to 1600 rpm or so, and certainly more quiet than the stock cooler. I'm using one on an unlocked PhII X2 550. Supposedly is cheaper at some other etailers.
