recommend me something reliable and under $100

I dont really need a whole lot of power cuz most of the stuff I'm drilling through is 2" thick wood. I build a lot of bookshelves and simple desks. Occasional bedframe etc

I cant find my Dewalt (i'm freaking out) so I need a cheap replacement until I can find one.

$50 range would be tremendous (but i doubt if i'd find anything suitable around that price)

For your price range you could probably pick up a 9.6 Dewalt drill new; it doesn't sound like you need much power.

Me too. I really like the design and precision of the Bosch tools. The 14.4 is ample for my use, and it's still relatively light and easy to handle. It doesn't really meet the OP's desire for a cheapie replacement for his DeWalt, though. I guess I don't totally understand why you'd buy a cheap drill as a replacement for a DeWalt - why not just buy another DeWalt, and have extra batteries/charger?
