The Aerocool CoolView has only two fixed bays for HDDs, but it has TEN 5" bays. There are drive cages available that hold 3 HDDs in two 5" bays or 4 HDDs in three 5" bays (and each cage has its own cooling fan) - CoolerMaster sells a cage and Lian Li sells several models in the $20. to $35. range - see my review of the CM cage (w/ an overview of others) here:
http://www.techimo.com/reviews/ . The Aerocool CoolView/Masstige (Bay Dream) are basically CM Stackers for less money. The CV is discontinued and has a rebate on it thru EOM. Disappearing quickly.
With a number of drives, you may want to run two PSUs (more economical than one really big one) - the original CM Stacker (STC-T01) is designed to hold two PSUs and there are sales and rebates on them all over this month - see my thread on them in the HOT DEALS section. Has ten 5" bays and comes with one 4 HDD cage (as mentioned earlier) that takes up three 5" bays.
The Silverstone Temjin 5 holds 8 HDDs (6 in the rack plus two on the arm) plus four 5" bays. While the TJ06 has 6 HDDs in the rack plus five 5" bays (the Aerocool Spiral Galaxies is the same case for less money).
Finally the XClio A380 is supposed to have 7 HDD bays plus five 5" bays.
