I have this and really like it. I've used it to clean gutters, install ceiling fans, and replace batteries at the top of my vaulted ceiling.

I picked up a 20' extension aluminum for $25 a few years ago.

It has paint spots but it does the job that I need it for.

I used my dad's Werner MT-22, and that shit was wobbly as fuck. Get a step ladder and real extension ladder and be done with it. They will last you the rest of your life.
