Recommend inexpensive video card with full Vista Aero support

The title and summary lines pretty much describe my search. I'm currently running Matrox G450 AGP class video cards and they meet my current needs perfectly.

I want to upgrade to a video card, preferably PCI, that provides full Vista Aero support. These computers are for general business and business application development usage. Dual monitor support is essential as is the ability to connect to CRTs using VGA connectors.

If you want more performance, you should take away the Matrox card, and use the AGP to put a better card like the Radeon X1300XT and get the Matrox Dual Head 2 (Something like that I can't remember) PCI card, is quite probable that the Aero Glass would cause a bottleneck in the PCI Bus and thus decreasing the performance significantly in the X1300.

Can you even run Aero Glass with one supported Dx9 video card and another that isn't? I think you will be forced to ditch the G450 if you want Aero Glass.
