Recommend good amp/sub combo 300-400$

I wanna add some bass to my Grand am, Already have a nice headunit with 3x 4V preamp outs, someone recommend a nice amp/sub setup and box, i already have all the wiring, and wanna spend 300-400$ on the stuff. Lookin for clean sound quality over bass.

For that money I don't know how you'd do better than a Phoenix Gold Tantrum T600 amp. You can get them all day for $200 on eBay. You can bridge the rear channels for 300 watts peak. Very loud, very clean and built like a brick sh1thouse.
