Recommend firewire pcmcia card (or usb 2.0)

I just purchased an external 1394/usb2 ide enclosure mainly for use between my server and desktop (both have usb2 and one has firewire). However, one thing I didn't think about until I just got it is that my laptop only has USB 1.1. Can anyone recommend either a firewire or a usb 2.0 PC card that's fairly inexpensive? Firewire preferred but I will go with USB 2.0 if I have to or the price is right. Thanks in advance.

Just found that one on newegg for $30 (refurbished) anybody have any experience with Koutech?
