We rolled out wireless to a bunch of remote locations, and are stuck w/ really weird issues which users either can't pull an IP (even w/ strong signals), or their connection drops after 5 minutes.

We've tried everything, and Cisco TAC can't pin point the exact cause either.

So we'd like to send a contractor out to see exactly what the problem is.
This particular location is in Tampa, FL.

If you guys know any vendors or contractors w/ good reputation please let me know.

thanks.

or me but I'll need T/E as well. And I like expensive steakhouses.

If you're using a controller based solution you can check your WCS server and track the client and their signal to noise ratio. You think you're running into noise? I've run into a lot of places that think they don't have anything in the 2.4 spectrum but when you do a spectral analysis/site survey there is interference all over the place.

I'm gathering the SNR and other stats from the controller, but have no idea how much is considered good or bad. (we haven't had any issue until now)
Could you point me to a site where I can find that info?

Also, any other recommendations other than IBM Global Services? I'll call them tomorrow but I think it'll cost a lot...
Spidey I don't think we'll be able to afford you...unless you're local in Tampa then maybe.
