Recommend cooling for Pentium 4 2.4C oced

Im overclocking my pent 4 2.4c to 3.0 - 3.2 ghz around there, it runs fine but I wnat to keep it nice and cool... What do you guys think is the best thing for me to get, for great cooling and fairly easy to install..
