recommend Car mechanics in West LA?

Need to bring in my Nissan Sentra '01 into the shop since the "service engine light" came on, hopefully its not a big deal, but was wondering if anyone uses a mechanic they would recommend in West Los Angeles, Im in Palms/Culver City and go to school at UCLA so anywhere around either area would be best.

Thanks.

seriously though, those lights usually mean nothing

what they mean is that your polution control system has detected a failure. it could be that your gas cap it loose. also common is that the pollution control valve is broken.

When I don't goto the dealer I goto this one shop on Pico or Olympic (not exactly sure but they're right next to each other), called Advance auto body. Its between uh Barrington and whatever is before Overland (Sepulveda?). Took care of my 92 ES300 for a while until I sold it.
