Newegg has a foxconn 6150 BK8MC micro atx board for $39.99 after rebate. They also have a biostar 6100M9 for about $60. Either one should work fine. Both have nforce chipsets. The biostar may have more overclocking settings, but with such a small case and limited airflow, I wouldn't try it.

my friend has an EVGA brand NF4 SLI mobo in micro-ATX form factor. Not sure where he got it from.

Monarch Computer used to sell them before they went out of business. You could probably still find a few floating around.

I bought a MSI K8NGM2-FID with onboard DVI and component output (via header)
for $45 shipped in the FS/FT. If you already have a good video card which you plan
to use than any of the aboved mentioned boards will be good.
