Hi gang. I could use a better than than the stock Intel cooler for my Core i7 8700. I don't plan on overclocking but I would like to run World Community Grid if possible. The thing is, I've noticed all the really effective coolers seem to require some kind of installation of a plate under the motherboard, and my computer is built and I'd really rather avoid tearing it apart. Is there a decent cooler that can simply plug into the four securing holes on the mobo like the stock Intel fan?

TIA.

Yes that's what I am looking for. But holy cow, that price an NewEgg... $72. And Amazon has it for $27. I wonder if someone at NewEgg got the price transposed.

Nah. It was 99.9% likely it was being sold by a Newegg affiliate and not Newegg.
