I am needing to send a car across the country and wanted to see how paying someone to move it compared to moving it myself (by driving it). Has anyone used a mover that they have had a good experience with?
 
Are you wanting to have it driven, shipped in an enclosed trailer, or what? Some wrecker services around my area will haul cars on a rollback for $x per mile.

Put on a trailer, doesn't have to be enclosed, but I want all 4 wheels off the ground.
