GS350 was available with AWD. It's just less common. Right now I see 2 AWD 2013's in my area for $33k.

I thought they did an AWD GS350 but couldn't find one. I guess they just don't sell around here. You would probably need to special order it here in SoCal.

Just searched Autotrader and found 9 AWD GS350s for sale within 200 miles of me (2012 or newer-2 of them are listed as new cars).

If I remove the AWD requirement there are 187 GS350s for sale within 200 miles of (2012 or newer).

I would check out the new Ford Edge. I had a 2.0L Titanium AWD as a rental recently. Extremely comfy, even though it's a Ford it might as well have been a Lincoln for its luxury. This was the quietest car I have ever been in by a huge margin. It is almost totally silent, you can barely hear any external noise at all. 2.0L turbo had great pickup and torque considering it's a 4400 lb CUV. If I were to buy one I'd get the 2.7L Sport version which is supposed to be amazing (0-60 in 5.5 s!).
