I found some cases at newegg but it seems the smallest that will take an ATX mobo are about 16.5x16.5" just use 3 - 5.25" drive bays as the search criterion in their configurator and you'll find them. A couple of Enlights in the $45. range (one midtower and one desktop) look like some of the better options. Unfortunately they don't write their descriptions in a sufficiently consistent manner to ensure all possibilities in a search are detected, e.g. I tried both 2-5" drives and 3-5" drive searches and in the 2 drive search returned a couple of 4 drive Enermax cases...

I found one smaller case to fit ATX - the STK9311 at directron.com (they only carry all black). It is 15x15x8", unique design - used to be stocked at CompUSA, but may have some cooling challenges depending on your application - see user reviews on www.sysopt.com . Do a search on- STK9311 -on google and you'll find the mfr (Sunus/Suntek) and the sysopt reviews, but the search didn't locate any other dealers - perhaps you could arrange to buy direct if you might like the 9511 instead.
