Recommend a secondary banking account (online?)

I've got a nice account locally with a Credit Union. I'm looking on opening up another one to register with paypal as well as accepting online credit card transactions.

Ideally, no monthly fee and a be able to keep a low balance(plan on transferring funds periodically to my money market account or buying 6 month cd's)

Don't really care about an atm or debit card either...

Any suggestions?

Nope, you have to link an ING account to a regular checking account. It has to have a routing number.

ahhh ok. Sorry i couldn't help. 🙁

Do what my wife and I did. Ask your same Credit Union to open a NEW checking account and use it only for Paypal transactions.

That way it's separated and protected from your regular checking and savings accounts.

This was my first thought, but since we might be moving soon I wanted something that would be available where I move to. The local credit union is this state only.
