Recommend a replacement Motherboard?

Can some of the experts here recommend a replacement motherboard for my (I think) broken ASUS P5NSLI ? It is running an old Intel Dual-Core 6600 chip I believe. And it has a single ATI 9800XT (not SLI).

ATI 9800XT was AGP, not PCI-E.
