Recommend a Portable DVD Player

I need a new Portable DVD Player. The only features I care about (at the moment) are the following:

1. Ability to also play audio CDs (including CD-R, CD-RW, etc.);
2. Dual-headphone jacks;
3. (Preferably) An internal battery;
4. Sub-$200.
5. Airline power adapter (It would be nice, but not necessary, since I can get one separately, I suppose).

Screen size is not an important factor.
