Recommend a lender to consolidate credit cards

I have 3 credit cards totaling $37K.
My friend told me to contact capital one but I hate them.
I'm paying about $580/month towards them and this is the minimum balance!
 
Yeah, but credit cards are great. At least that's what people keep saying.

Do you by and chance own a house with some equity in it?

What do you hope to accomplish if you consolidate only three cards that large.

You paying only $580 at even low APR is going to take about 10 years to probably pay those off.
