Almost sounds too good to be true. Is there a catch? Are they reliable and do they offer fast access to the sites they host? (That's a big concern of mine).

Dixiesys is perfect for a personal or hobby website but for a business or eCommerce I would strongly suggest posting a Webhosting Request here make sure to specify exactly what you want and your budget (monthly AND annual).
