If you want to make Track-It! run faster, permanently disable ctfmon.exe and the client loads way faster.

boy-o-boy do I hate Remedy.. but everyone's got their preferences. I guess it all depends on the specific situation and what functionality you need/utilize most. -- I'm currently using Vantive (PeopleSoft) and it seems to do everything I need to my satisfaction. It ain't free though.
