boy-o-boy do I hate Remedy.. but everyone's got their preferences. I guess it all depends on the specific situation and what functionality you need/utilize most. -- I'm currently using Vantive (PeopleSoft) and it seems to do everything I need to my satisfaction. we use Remedy for ticketing, I don't know if they have a demo or something simple and small that would fit your needs, but is fairly easy to use.
