Recommend a good voice chat program

i have used all 3, i would rank them like this, in terms of sound quality, skype does have a handicap, it only supports 4/5 people. all are free

Ventrilo has worked well for me, but I haven't used any of the other programs mentioned. I used vent with up to 5 people and I've never had any lag problems. Setting up a server is easy- it only requires opening a port if you're behind a firewall.

Red Orchestra (mod for UT2004) clans use Teamspeak. It's pretty good. We have a proper server set up, and it's nice. Quality is fine too.
