Recommend a Good UPS for My Needs

Here are my system specs. I Just want something that will protect my system. I don't want to spend too much.

Athlon 64 Winchester 3000+

Enermax 420w power supply

MSI RS480M2-IL mobo

Rosewill (Aopen) DVD Burner

Mitsumi card/floppy combo

80GB SATA Western Digital Hard Drive

Cable modem

Router

35W Altec Lansing stereo speakers with subwoofer

Realtek 97 onboard Sound (I plan on putting in another soundcard)

I also plan to upgrade from the onboard graphics down the road

17 inch Dell Monitor

HP Deskjet 841C printer

80GB external Western Digital HD
 
Not sure which model, but APC (American Power Conversion) is what we use here at my work, we have around 10 differenct UPS's here, and they've never failed or reset, and all of them survived a direct lightning bolt that hit our AC unit on the roof. Hope that helps!

Thanks, I thought that was a good brand . I need to know which models would be adequate to protect my system.

I tried that, but their suggestions seem a little over the top money and solution-wise.
