Is this a trick question? I was under the impression that Intel Core 2 Duo had to use Intel 775 sockets and that AM2s were for AMD chips...

Or are these for separate systems?

Maybe I misread the intent and you're looking for a motherboard of either ilk that will provide good overclocking...
