Would someone recommend to me a good AMD compatable motherboard. Won't be OverClocking, nor will I be using the features of SLI. I will be building my replacement system around a eVGA 7900GT video adapter.

My current system used an Asus P2B-F motherboard...so almost any current production system will be better than what I now use.

I am hoping my new system will be able to run F.E.A.R. and Battlefield 2 without a burp.

Would someone recommend a solution to me that will last as long as my Asus P2B-F board has? Also, Would you be able to recommend a compatable memory solution for whatever board you recommend as well.

Thanks in advance...

I used to have an Asus P3B-F... long time ago.

If you aren't overclocking, then just choose anything with a decent warranty. with a PCI-E slot. Most of the difficulties in choosing a motherboard lies on how well it overclocks and obscure features like passive chipset cooling and layout for non-standard cooling.
