Recommend a good college for online courses

I currently have my associates degree and I've decided that I really need to get my bachelors degree if I want to move up in my company.

I currently work full time and do not have any time to attend classes in person. My company will reimburse me 100% (so long as I get an A or B in the classes) for a degree related to my job (IT).
What colleges are good for online courses in an IT related degree? I prefer taking courses in person but my schedule just will not allow that right now.

I dont want to pay too much since if I ever leave my job I'd have to cover costs myself. I guess I should also note that I live in VA.

A lot of schools IS/IT programs allow you to take classes online. Call VTech or something.
