I'm looking for a solid firewall that I can open in either of two ways. Either by program, OR by port/IP.
ie. I'd like to be able to set bittorrent to make incoming/outgoing connections on whatever port.
I'd also like to be able to open up ports 3389, 25, and 80 (for example) without worrying about what specific process controls those servers.
suggestions? I'm not opposed to paying a reasonable fee for a good product, though freeware is always good
