i finished my system last week in a Lian-Li PC-76 case. it's awesome and the system runs very cool with my Zalman 7700 copper HSF, but it's noisy as hell because i can't control the speeds of any of the 120mm case fans. there are two of these that i need to control, as well as four 80mm (i think) fans in the front.

my problem is, all of these fans (except the HSF) use 4-pin molex power connectors (the kind HDDs and optical drives use) with an input and an output so they can be run in series with other components. i only have one front 5.25" bay open, so i'd like to find something that can use it. is there a fan controller that can do all of this for me?

i would also like to know this. I thought about buying a potentiometer but it is abnormally hard to find one that can run 5-6watt and only ~20ohms. most are 0.6watt and in the Kohm to Mohm range.
Another thing i was going to do if all else failed was use resisters and toggle switches. that would be sweet and ghetto but i would not get the same range of values as a potentiometer or fan controller(unless i used a lot of resisters and switches)

use a 5.25" controller and get some 4 pin to 3 pin connectors. They're available in Australia at PCcasegear.com.au, don't know anywhere else
