Recommend a download manager

I thought FireFox had some builtin download management, but I just installed the newest version and don't see anyway to continue a broken download.

I'm trying to download a 1gb file and it always stops at 160mb.

I think I'm going to try and use FileZilla to download it instead of a web browser, that might work...
