Recommend a discount web host with phpBB( < $5/mo)

I'm looking for a discount hosting company to host my personal site. My current host decided to increase from $1/mo to $10/mo so I must leave. Right now I think I have about 100MB storage and 1GB transfer. That is sufficient for me. I also need at least a couple of email accounts, and phpBB scripts included to host a discussion forum. I MUST have phpBB because that is what I currently use and want to transfer my current db over to the new host. Other than that I only want a reliable host. Any recommendations?

I switched to Sonata a month or two ago and I've been *very* satisfied.

I use SonataWeb to host Brutuskend's forums and pichosting which uses phpBB. Recently a phpBB exploit was revealed and I had no clue how to patch phpBB so I contacted SonataWeb support, they patched it for me in about 2 minutes.

Run by a forum member so tech support is pretty much always online and fast. For 32 bucks a year you can get 500 megs of space and 5 gigs of bandwidth per month. Dunno if that's still the deal, but if it's not then it's only 40 a year at regular price.

Why is he such a popular one? There are thousands of people who do that. Did the law just catch up with him?
