I need a new bluetooth mouse for use with my work laptop. I started looking around @ newegg and amazon.com and *I can't tell for sure from these pictures* but IMO they all look like they're some sort of micro sized midget hand mice. The photos could be deceiving, but I don't want it to show up at my door and instantly realize I'll never use it.

I don't need a massive mouse, but something that isn't a ton smaller than a standard mouse would be nice. Nothing fancy, hopefully $40 or less..

Well, most BT mice I've seen are marketed as "notebook" so they indeed are smaller than usual. Your eyes are not deceiving you.

I personally don't have too much of a problem with smaller mice because in the past I used to use lower profile mice and became adept at using fingertips for movement instead of palming it.

I've used two BT mice, by Razer and Microsoft. The Microsoft mouse was better IMO, with one side button (Razer had none) and didn't "sleep" as much so didn't have problems if not touched for a while.

Dell has a full-sized bluetooth mouse I believe. If you have a x54 slot, I'd recommend looking into mogo mouse. They go fairly cheap on ebay.
