Recommand me a good inexpencive H-IPS/S-IPS Monitor

So Im in the market for a new 24" H-IPS/S-IPS monitor that is not a Dell U2410 (thats too expensive more my taste). Isaw e-ips/uh-ips didnt see any diffrence between them and a good TN+Film.

the LG's are 23 i believe... but they also have a nice IPS.
