Well to start off I am only 16 years old. I just want to get back into shape and get more cut, defined and gain muscle mass. I want to loose a little bit off my stomach and need to know how much I should run, if I should take any supplements, what to eat, etc. If anyone could help me out that would be great. I know a lot of people out there are very smart dealing with this stuff.

well run for like 10-20 mins, not too much but you have to keep your heart up for at least 15mins to start burning fat. Don;t lift too many or too heavy weights, cuz they can stunt your grow. Just try those out and they should hlep u get cut and better in shape. also u may try protein as a supplement, but don't try creatine or anything else cuz u are under 18. But hope this helps

Should I run everyday? And how far/long? What other excersises should I do to work my stomach/chest?

I'm not sure on the how far/long, but I wouldn't run every day, every other day is what I did when I ran track in HS, hope this helps 🙂

Pull-ups (fists facing you) for arms/abs/slight chest
Chin-ups (opposite) for broadening sholders/back
Biking for legs

Kk

Most of us probably just do one situp a day.

Get up in the morning, there's half.

Lie back down at night, there's the other half.

since you are only 16...

Pushups. At least 100 or more a day..

100 situps.

Run for about 1 mile or so...

Eat a little bit more healthy if possible...

🙂

100 pushups? Wtf good is that going to do??

If your goal is to lose fat, RUN. Run on an empty stomach in the AM, this will burn a ton
of calories if you do on a regular basis.

Worry about the muscle after you lose the fat - losing fat and gaining muscle requires vastly
different amounts of caloric intake to be successful, so concentrate on doing one or the other
for the time being. I have never, EVER seen anyone burn a signifigant amount of fat
by doing weight training only - now weight training can be helpful in that you won't waste
as much lean mass (when done in conjunction w/ aerobic exercise)
....but for the time being absolutely concentrate on running/jogging.

"if I should take any supplements"

Noone neeeddssss to take supplements, well only the weak minded who "think" they(supplements) can actually help them. 2 ideas -> EAT RIGHT and EXCERSIZE
