Recomendation for a dual output video card mainly for PS use

I am upgrading my system and need some help picking out a video card. I only do light gaming. I need it to be able to run Star Wars Galaxies Empire Divided. I would also like to be able to hook up 2 monitors.

I mostly do Photoshop & Fireworks work and would like to use 2 monotors 1 for workspace and one to put the tools and such on. My current card can't run SWG-ED and I'd like to play that. I would like an inexpensive card that would be good for the next year or so. If I get into more serious gaming I'll just get a better card.

So something that is good with PS dual outputs, and is able to play SWG-ED
