Recomend me a good cable modem

so im finally getting cable but the company im getting cable from is 100 dollars for a modem

so recomend me a good modem at about 50 dollars with no rebate hassle

Get the motorola sb5100 and deal with the rebate or get it from Wal-Mart who has then for 64.99 It is the one of the best if not the best.
